1st Shift General Laborer

GENERAL LABOR ASSOCIATE

We are currently hiring a General Laborer to work in a warehouse environment painting and finishing wooden posts used for construction projects. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.

General Laborer Pay/Benefits:

• $18/hour
• Evaluation to Hire

General Laborer Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

General Laborer Job Duties:

• Paint wooden posts using roller brushes
• Apply caulking and other finishing materials as needed
• Handle and move 4x4 and 6x6 wooden posts
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions

General Laborer Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 40-75 pounds consistently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
