Position OverviewAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a key connection between customers, vendors, warehouse operations, and the sales team. Your efforts will help ensure exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and inside sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Support outside sales representatives in managing and growing customer accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Coordinate UPS, freight, and LTL shipments, including preparation of Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
- Operate a forklift to safely move materials and inventory as needed.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
- Maintain organized records and efficient workflow processes.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or office administration.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to provide professional, responsive, and solution-focused customer support.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage competing responsibilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training.
- Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
