What we're looking for:

• Prior experience as a school paraprofessional or classroom aide
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students and staff
• Ability to assist with both one-on-one and small group instruction
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
• Familiarity with basic classroom management techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in child development or education is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers by assisting with classroom instruction, activities, and lesson preparation
• Offer individualized or small group support to address academic and behavioral needs
• Help reinforce positive classroom routines and expectations
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and support staff
• Aid in creating an inclusive learning environment for all students
• Assist with documentation, organization of materials, and supervision during school routines or transitions
