Desired Qualifications:

• Prior paraprofessional experience, particularly in school settings
• Demonstrated ability to work with K-12 students, including those with behavioral challenges
• Experience implementing strategies supporting positive student behavior
• Calm, patient approach in high-stress situations
• Ability to follow teacher/therapist guidance and support individualized learning plans
• Familiarity with onsite school routines and policies preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support under teacher supervision
