These roles are essential to a revitalized behavior program for the upcoming academic year, spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels.

This is an ideal position for compassionate and adaptive professionals motivated to contribute fresh energy and insight into a program on the verge of transformation. With a new district BCBA at the helm—and access to outside BCBA supervision for RBTs—each provider will play a vital role in helping pilot innovative behavioral support projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience as a paraprofessional, RBT, or in Applied Behavior Analysis within a school setting
  • Familiarity with supporting students requiring behavioral interventions
  • Ability to use positive reinforcement and proactive de-escalation tactics
  • Collaborative approach, eager to work under the supervision of a BCBA and alongside educators
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a developing program

Responsibilities:

  • Work individually and in small groups to implement behavior support plans
  • Assist teachers in managing classroom behavior and supporting student engagement
  • Collect and report data on student progress and behavioral responses
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the school community, including families as needed
  • Actively participate in program development and innovative pilot projects throughout the school year

These are full-time opportunities (35-37.5 hours per week) during the standard academic calendar (August 26, 2026 - June 14, 2027). Immerse yourself in collaborative, forward-thinking work that makes a daily impact on students’ lives.

If you are ready to help shape the future of school-based behavioral support, we invite you to apply today. Advance your career while fostering positive change—submit your resume to take the next step!

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.86 to $29.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
