Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in a dynamic school community north of San Francisco by supporting students as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Aid. Multiple contract opportunities are now open across various elementary campuses for the 2026–27 school year, working with either TK–Kindergarten or 1st–5th grade students. Contribute directly to a positive classroom environment while collaborating closely with educators and empowering young learners to thrive.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, Instructional Aid, or in a student support setting is highly valued
- Ability to work compassionately with elementary-aged children (TK–5th grade)
- Willingness and comfort assisting with restroom support/diapering for younger students when needed
- Must successfully complete district-required para training
- Flexibility to work at various sites within the school district

Position Details and Responsibilities:
- Full-time schedule: 6.5 hours per day (32.5 hours per week), typically 7:45am–2:45pm or 8:00am–3:00pm
- Support classroom teachers and students as a general education classroom aid
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment where all students feel supported
- Assist with daily routines, learning activities, and transitions
- Provide direct support to children’s individual needs, including academic and toileting assistance
- Contribute to before/after-school coverage as scheduled
