Laborer

Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking dependable General Laborers to support warehouse automation and equipment installation projects at our client’s sites. This shift will be Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm.

This role is responsible for assisting installation crews, moving materials, maintaining a clean work area, and performing general labor tasks to help projects stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist installation teams with project setup and daily activities.
• Move, stage, and organize materials, equipment, and tools.
• Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and trash disposal.
• Support equipment tear-out and installation efforts as directed.
• Follow instructions from site leads, installers, and project managers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all site safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Must Have Steel or Composite toe work shoes/boots
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, and construction environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
