Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials for diverse learners
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, including those with special needs
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom atmosphere
• Assist with classroom organization, instructional technology, and clerical tasks as assigned
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, and recess
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth for all students
