Security+ (or DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant certification) required within 14 days of hire
Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 2-6 years OR equivalent additional experience in lieu of degree
4-6 years of infrastructure design, development, and support experience
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience implementing, supporting, and upgrading ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management modules
Strong experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform
Experience developing ServiceNow applications and integrations
ITSM process experience (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ITIL Foundation or ITIL Certification
AWS Certifications

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret ServiceNow Developer to sit at Fort Meade. This individual will help architect, configure, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT operations across a large-scale Department of Defense environment. The role will focus heavily on ITSM processes, workflow automation, service catalog development, platform integrations, CMDB improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep ServiceNow development expertise, strong customer-facing communication skills, and experience working within Agile environments while mentoring junior team members and driving enterprise-level modernization efforts.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
