About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing pediatric clinical team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

In this center-based role, you will be responsible for the assessment, design, and clinical supervision of individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will work closely with a supportive team, leading Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining small, manageable caseloads.

If you thrive in an in-office, collaborative environment with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call duties, this position offers the ideal flexibility to grow your clinical career!

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessments & Program Design: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS) to develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Progress Monitoring: Analyze clinical data regularly to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Team Supervision & Mentorship: Provide ongoing direct supervision, training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations for RBTs and ABA therapists.

  • Family Collaboration: Lead parent training and consultation sessions to encourage skill generalization across home and community settings.

  • Ethical Compliance: Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethics codes, insurance/funding source guidelines, and state regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related human services field.

  • Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

  • Licensure: Valid New Jersey state licensure (or qualifying master's-level license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, CADC, LCADC).

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental disabilities (Center-based experience preferred; qualified new graduates with eligible licensure are welcome to apply!).

  • Supervision Training: Completed BACB 8-Hour Supervision Training (or willingness to complete within the first 30 days of hire).

Why Join Our Team?
  • Predictable Schedule: Flexible day shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Work-Life Balance: Absolutely NO weekends, NO nights, and NO on-call responsibilities.

  • Focused Quality Care: Small, manageable client caseloads that allow you to deliver true individualized care.

  • Competitive Pay: Depending on experience.
