Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a related classroom support position preferred
• Ability to assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Skilled in supporting students with individualized education plans (IEPs) or 504 plans a plus
• Effective communicator—able to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds
• Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering a nurturing learning atmosphere
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom assistance to teachers and students
• Support small group and one-on-one instruction under the teacher's direction
• Help adapt learning materials and classroom activities to student needs
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, activities, and breaks
• Assist with behavioral support and implement behavior intervention plans when needed
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress to instructional staff
