Express Employment Installer in Menasha, WI | 1293000161

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm, end time can vary based on project

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/HR

Duties:

Install basement waterproofing systems and drainage solutions in residential homes.
Install sump pumps, discharge lines, and other water-management equipment.
Perform foundation repair work, including piering, stabilization, and structural support systems.
Install crawl space encapsulation systems, vapor barriers, and moisture-control products.
Assist with concrete lifting and leveling projects.
Travel daily with a crew to customer job sites throughout the service area.
Follow company-approved installation methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications:

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; paid training provided.

Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements.
Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
Ability to lift and carry 60-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
