Construction Safety Manager

Position Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs across active construction sites. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and client requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture. The EHS Manager will conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, deliver safety training, and partner with project teams to minimize risk and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-time construction safety experience and OSHA 500 Certification
• 5+ years of construction experience and a degree in a safety-related field
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with 2+ years of construction experience.

Additional Requirements for EHS Coordinators

• 3+ years of full-time construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
