Associate BI Analyst

TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Associate BI Analyst for our client in Austell, GA

OVERVIEW  : This individual will play a key role in helping the Sales and Call Center teams refine and optimize their customer database—supporting future inside sales efforts and pipeline efficiency. 
  
Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and clean CRM records of ~5,000 prospective customers 

  Compare data entries against internal criteria for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) 

  Research and update customer contact information using online tools and systems 

  Identify duplicate, outdated, or incomplete entries for removal or correction 

  Tag and segment data to support marketing and sales campaigns 

  Communicate findings or data inconsistencies with Sales and Marketing teams 

  Support documentation and data standardization efforts within the CRM  
   

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, CRM maintenance, sales operations, or customer service 

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Comfortable working independently on focused tasks 

• Strong communication and follow-through skills 

• Experience in a call center or sales support environment is a plus 

• Interest in a future career path in Inside Sales is preferred
