Job Details

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 27, 2027
• Hours: 32 Hours per Week
• Caseload Model: Workload Approach
• Assignment: Supporting students across 2 campuses

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student needs
• Support students with communication disorders affecting educational performance
• Manage workload requirements and service delivery responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Ability to effectively manage caseload and documentation requirements
• Must meet all district onboarding and fingerprinting requirements
