Special Education Teacher in Homer, LA

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Louisiana SPED Early Intervention (Birth-5) Certificate (required)
• Deep familiarity with PreK/Kindergarten curriculum and instructional methods
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs for young learners
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
