Some Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with a 6th-grade student, providing support as they navigate classroom activities
• Encourage independence while offering help with assignments, organization, and transitions
• Employ positive reinforcement and appropriate prompting to keep the student engaged and progressing
• Collaborate with classroom staff to implement strategies that foster academic and social success
• Support the student’s unique needs consistently and respectfully throughout the school day
