• Adaptability, patience, and an encouraging attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
• Paraprofessional certification or equivalent credential preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one or small group academic and behavioral support to students
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom routines
• Help reinforce learning objectives and classroom rules
• Support students with varying needs, including those with disabilities or learning differences
• Document progress and assist with reporting as requested
• Supervise students during transitions and break times to ensure safety
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
