Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• 5+ years of experience with program control tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera (P6), or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project planning process on allocated projects/proposals.
• Accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of all project & management reports related to the project schedules on allocated projects.
• Facilitates project execution planning by utilizing the schedule templates as a starting point for schedule creation.
• Develops project schedules for proposals (frontlog) upon request from all equipment product lines.
• Checks Schedule logic and durations of all activities, ensuring the schedule is workable and achievable.
