Step into a key support role within vibrant elementary school communities just north of San Francisco! Energetic and compassionate professionals are needed for multiple full-time paraprofessional and instructional aide positions for the 2026–2027 academic year. Your day-to-day will include collaborating with teachers, assisting with lessons and activities, and providing personalized support to promote academic and developmental growth. With positions available at several elementary school sites, you’ll have the chance to connect with young learners at varying stages, whether helping our youngest students through key milestones or supporting older elementary students as they build foundational skills. Comfort and willingness to assist with toileting and diapering are essential, as is the flexibility to work different age groups depending on classroom needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in educational or care settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient, collaborative approach
• Ability and openness to assist with toileting/diapering as needed
• Completion of para training before starting
• Willingness to work full-time hours, with flexible shifts between 7:45am and 3:00pm
• Reliable transportation; please consider bridge tolls and travel when applying
