Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a school support role is highly valued
- Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and adaptability
- Open to varying backgrounds and credentials, with flexibility on licensure
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized behavior support plans within the classroom
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed
- Aid teachers in classroom management and academic activities
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and success
- Monitor student progress and maintain necessary documentation
