Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Prior experience as a school paraprofessional or similar classroom support role
• Comfortable providing personal care, including toileting, with respect to student dignity
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills with both students and staff
• Ability to follow teacher directions and adapt to changing classroom needs
• Experience working with elementary or special needs students is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized support for two students, fostering social, academic, and personal growth
• Assist with toileting and personal care as required
• Help maintain a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to implement learning activities
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations as needed
• Participate in summer school and camp activities, enriching students’ summer experiences
