• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with coworkers to hit timelines and stay within budget.
• Participate in continuous training to expand techniques and stay sharp.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications are a plus.
• Proven welding experience supported by a portfolio of completed work.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
