About This Role:

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily nursing and clinical support operations across Evara Health locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Partner with Center Leaders, providers, and clinical leadership on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for nursing, patient care, and operational concerns across locations.
• Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and incident trends, helping implement improvements and corrective actions.
• Support Quality Assurance initiatives and ensure clinical practices align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Identify and address compliance, risk management, and patient safety concerns, including investigations and follow-up actions.
• Ensure clinical documentation, audits, reports, and required regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing teams, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and patient care.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, including fire, hurricane, and other emergency drills.
• Travel routinely between Evara Health locations and represent the organization in meetings, committees, and other professional settings.

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate degree required; BSN degree preferred
• Minimum (5) years management experience in a medical or related field required
• Active and unencumbered nursing license in the State of Florida
• Current BLS certification
