Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, productive environment for the entire staff.

Mentor and coach individual agents to help them hit their personal goals and sharpen their sales techniques.

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase our agency's visibility in Mechanicsville.

Manage agent performance, providing honest feedback and clear guidance for professional growth.

Foster a supportive and encouraging office culture where people feel excited to come to work.

Ensure all sales practices stay compliant with state regulations and company quality standards.

Active Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Five or more years of experience in insurance sales and team leadership.

Deep understanding of the local Mechanicsville insurance landscape.

Strong proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals.

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
