What You'll Do

• Perform sheet metal fabrication and modifications 
• Install commercial HVAC ductwork, fittings, hangers, and air distribution systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Lay out duct runs and accurately measure, fabricate, and install materials
• Install air handlers, VAV boxes, fans, louvers, dampers, and related HVAC equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, soldering, and welding equipment safely
• Test installed duct systems for proper fit and air leakage
• Work alongside plumbers, pipefitters, welders, and HVAC technicians as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Strong measuring, layout, and fabrication skills
• Experience using common sheet metal hand tools and power tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety
