About the Role:
Southeast General Construction Inc. is looking for a sharp and driven Commercial Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Cumming, GA. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in winning projects and shaping the future of our commercial construction portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects from bid documents and blueprints
• Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment across all trades
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work to identify potential risks and cost impacts
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers during the pre-construction phase
• Maintain and update cost databases, historical data, and estimating templates
• Support bid submissions, proposal writing, and client presentations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore 
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and trades
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
