Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Virginia PT license and CPR certification required
- Evaluates and treats patients by developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, providing direct care, and documenting progress and instructions for patients and caregivers.
- Ensures comprehensive and timely documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, and initial evaluations
