LTC Therapy Services is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Quincy rehabilitation team. Work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents strengthen the skills needed for greater independence in everyday activities.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional tasks
• Carry out individualized treatment programs based on resident goals
• Track progress and communicate changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
