Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead an established outpatient therapy clinic in Buckeye, AZ.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys developing clinicians, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor therapists and support staff

• Maintain an active clinical caseload

• Build a collaborative, accountable team culture

• Support clinic growth and referral relationships

• Ensure a high-quality patient experience

You’ll receive structured leadership onboarding, ongoing mentorship, continuing education support, advanced certification opportunities, and strong operational resources.
