Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for holistic patient care
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

• In-depth knowledge of physical therapy practices and patient evaluation
• Skilled in developing and executing treatment plans
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and thrive in different settings
• Team collaboration and supervision experience
