Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a PTA with Kinzua Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the implementation and modification of treatment plans

• Conduct physical therapy treatments and modalities under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

• Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the physical therapist

• Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient data

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program preferred

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Current PTA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

• 0-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA); willingness to learn and grow with our team
