As a Transportation Assistant, you’ll provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for our residents to:

1. Medical appointments
2. Therapy appointments
3. Community outings & activities
4.  Other scheduled destinations

What You'll Do:
✔ Safely transport residents using authorized company vehicles
✔ Assist residents with boarding, exiting, and securing wheelchairs and mobility equipment
✔ Operate wheelchair lifts and securement systems
✔ Complete routine vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
✔ Maintain transportation logs and required documentation
✔ Communicate with nursing staff regarding schedules and resident needs
✔ Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to our residents
✔ Help keep our vehicles safe, clean, fueled, and ready for daily use

What We're Looking For:
 High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 25 years old
 Valid driver's license with a good driving record
 Strong communication and customer service skills
 Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs
 CPR & First Aid certification required or obtained within the required timeframe
 Previous passenger transportation experience preferred
