Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

• Deliver therapeutic interventions and exercises following each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
• Empower patients through education and home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status and observations to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment and adhere to compliance standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or ability to obtain one
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Dedication to patient-centered care and safety

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Therapy interventions and patient care techniques
• Patient education and home exercise program instruction
• Accurate documentation and medical record keeping
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Infection control and safety practices
• Compliance with state and federal regulations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
