Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to assist in providing rehabilitative care to skilled nursing patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PTA-directed therapeutic interventions

  • Assist patients with mobility and strengthening exercises

  • Monitor patient tolerance and response to treatment

  • Document daily treatment sessions

  • Support interdisciplinary care planning

Requirements:

  • CA PTA license

  • SNF experience preferred
