LTC Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents make meaningful progress toward greater mobility and independence.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Work with residents on strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
• Monitor progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing teams

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required
