Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner- Urgent Care, Per Diem.

 In this role, you will:

• Provide appropriate health care and teaching to patients and their families.
• Take care of patients on-site on integrated teams with Physicians, PAs, NPs, and BH providers, along with support staff including nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and more!
• Excel in providing high quality care for patients, driven by data, and inspired by our relationships with patients and their families.

 The successful applicant will offer:

• Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine. 
• CPR certification.  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
