Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

• Deliver safe, effective therapy interventions following each patient's personalized plan of care
• Document progress and response to treatment to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs to promote long-term recovery
• Communicate clearly with the supervising physical therapist and interdisciplinary team
• Uphold rigorous safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain one) - we're happy to help
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy interventions and modalities
• Patient care and documentation best practices
• Treatment plan implementation and patient education
• Home exercise program development
• Infection control and safety standards
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
