Position Overview
A premier family-centered pediatric therapy organization is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinical team. Our mission is to provide top-tier treatment rooted in evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, celebrating everyday successes with the families we serve.
We offer home- and clinic-based ABA services for children on the autism spectrum. We believe our clinicians should focus entirely on delivering high-quality therapy.   • Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (Scheduled work-from-home days available)

  • Scheduling Team: Manages and secures consistent client sessions so you do not have to handle scheduling logistics.
  • Quality Control Team: Partners with you to review reports, offer training, and ensure your clinical documentation meets the highest regulatory standards.
  • Billing Department: Handles all insurance claim submissions and reimbursement workflows.
  • On-Site Operational Support: Collaborates alongside practicum students, floor support managers, and a reception team to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
  • Hiring & Training Infrastructure: A dedicated recruiting team manages the onboarding and initial training of new Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring your direct care team is confident from day one.

Core Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive, evidence-based ABA treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and regular progress evaluations.
  • Provide high-quality clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster a supportive, family-centered therapy environment.
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation in compliance with company and insurance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education, Licenses & Certifications
  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (Required).
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required).
Competencies & Experience
  • Strong clinical foundational knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and caregiver training skills.
