Job Description
Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our energetic therapy team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services designed to help patients restore functional mobility, regain independence, and achieve their individual therapy goals.
You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on quality care and compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance functional mobility and performance.
Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers on skills and functions that promote independence and productivity.
Provide therapy interventions designed to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Promote patient safety, dignity, and independence throughout the rehabilitation process.
Follow facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
