Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions, developing individualized plans of care.
- Implement evidence-based treatment strategies and select appropriate modalities to improve functional outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes in patient records.
- Collaborate with the care team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, and participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Ensure patient safety, adhere to clinical guidelines, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Manage a caseload focused on outpatient-oriented rehabilitation, while remaining adaptable to other patient needs as they arise.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or a compact license
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting with a flexible schedule
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Eligible for a travel/temporary assignment and able to work 8- or 10-hour shifts (4x10 schedule)
