Primary Care Advanced Practitioner - Newton, MA

Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join a community-based practice in Newton, MA. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. $120,000 - $145,000 base salary + incentives 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients

• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Promote health education and disease prevention

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions

• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care

• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts

• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• AANP/ANCC or NCCPA Board Certification 

• Ideal candidates will have experience as an APP in primary care

• Comfortable using new technology and software

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
