Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

• Deliver physical therapy interventions following the PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and timely
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs to empower recovery
• Communicate patient status and any changes to the supervising PT
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one before start
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Compassion and dedication to helping others restore mobility and independence

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Physical therapy interventions and therapeutic modalities
• Patient care and clinical documentation best practices
• Patient education and home exercise program instruction
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and team communication
• Infection control and safety compliance standards
• Time management and adaptability in a skilled nursing setting
