About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. Your expertise will focus on helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, and improve their overall function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans

• Conduct treatment sessions with patients, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions

• Monitor patient progress and record treatment outcomes

• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination

• Participate in patient education and training programs

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
