Fuze HR is currently seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join a leading global heavy industrial manufacturing facility. This is an urgent, full-time opportunity to join a high-performing maintenance team in a stable, inclusive, and safety-focused, unionized environment.
- Pay: $30.00 – $47.55/hr based on experience
- Bonus: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Benefits: Full medical/dental/vision, company-matched pension, and profit sharing.
- Shift: 12-hour rotating swing shift (includes OT/Call-in).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical systems (up to 4160V).
- Work with PLCs (Siemens PCS-7 preferred), HMIs, VFD/VSDs, and instrumentation (RTDs, pressure transmitters, etc.).
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
- Execute conduit work, cable pulling, panel work, and control wiring.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including LOTO, Arc Flash awareness, and confined space requirements.
What You Need:
- Industrial Electrician License
- 5+ years of heavy Industrial Electrician experience
- Strong background in PLCs (Siemens), HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation.
- Ability to read complex schematics and perform high-voltage maintenance.
