About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) at Villa Health & Rehab, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will focus on helping residents regain function, strength, and confidence through a variety of therapies, activities, and exercises. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized rehabilitation needs and goals
• Design and implement occupational therapy plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being
• Conduct therapy sessions, supervise therapy assistants, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement adaptive equipment plans to support resident mobility and independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with families, clinicians, and other team members
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Florida
