Physical Therapist home health ABQ

Always Best Care is looking to add a part-time physical therapist, with an opportunity to a full-time position, to our Home Health team. We are seeking a candidate to add to our energetic team, and who will provide quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals in need of physical therapy services. We can offer and discuss a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Possesses current registration or license as required by the state of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) year experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements. Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
