Bookkeeper

Now Hiring: Full-Time Bookkeeper (In-Office Position)


We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Must have experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Experience with payroll is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with payroll and other accounting duties as needed.
