Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active California state PT license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

• Effective communication with patients, families, and teams
• Supervision of PTAs and rehab technicians
