About the Role:
BLVD Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead our crews on exciting projects across San Diego, CA. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct commercial electrical crews on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project execution
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily workflow, material procurement, and scheduling to keep projects on track
• Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements, local regulations, and company quality standards
• Perform and oversee installation of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and lighting systems
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times
• Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen electricians

Requirements:

• Valid California Journeyman Electrician License required
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and California electrical standards
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Experience with commercial systems including conduit bending, panel installations, and low-voltage wiring
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
